Introducing Virtual Care

Our process has changed, but our care for you hasn't.  For your health and safety, your care can now start virtually.  Oak Lawn Dental center now provides a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform for their patients.  If you are having a dental issue and not able to come in, will be accepting appointments virtually.

We now offer services at a distance and through video telecommunication in the comfort of the patients home.  

How the virtual appointment works

Step 1
Fill out the form above and tell us your dental needs and concerns.

 Step 2
Once you fill out the firm, we will reach out to you to set the best date and time for your appointment over the computer within 24 hours.

Step 3
Our team will contact you to complete a medical screening and new patient paperwork (if applicable).  Following the virtual care will determine virtual or in office follow-up needs.
